A Rental Agreement will be sent to your email address at the time of booking. A second copy of the Rental Agreement will be included with your Check-in Receipt. The Rental Agreement must be signed by the guest responsible for booking the suite. The signed Renter's Agreement must be given to the owner. 

 

The person making the reservation is financially respsonsible for the cost of repairs from any damage beyond normal wear and tear including but not limted to breakage, theft and damage to plumbing, windows, appliances, doors, floors and walls.
